 What we’re looking for :

  • Completed, or about to complete, a degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or Industrial Chemistry 
  • Interest and proficiency in data analytics and visualisation
  • A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • The confidence to ask questions, seek support, self-direct and grow
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • A strong awareness of, and commitment to, safety

The Role 

  • Work on significant projects in our large Cement and Lime manufacturing plants in Adelaide (South Australia) focusing on quality control and process improvements
  • Contribute to the successful opening of our cutting-edge facility in Western Australia, implementing quality frameworks, systems and advanced robotics in the laboratory
  • Contribute to the development of our innovative low carbon cement and concrete products, supporting our net-zero emissions road map
  • Contribute to the design and building of new laboratory facilities to replace ageing facilities.
  • Learn alongside our Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Operational, Supply Chain and Quality teams
