I was interviewed by the project manager of the two projects that I will be working on, the data center project director, and the HR manager. The interview process was carried out after the technical assessment process was carried out. During the interview I was asked to explain my answer from the technical assessment that I had done, then I was asked questions related to the answer and case study from the technical assessment.

I was given prompts or scenarios where I would have to recount a time where something similar happened to me. They wanted to hear about how I reacted, how I solved problems, etc. I also needed to give a small presentation with a topic I was given two days earlier.
