During the two-year program, you’ll learn about our business and our values, your team and most importantly, yourself. You’ll develop your decision-making, communication, technical and leadership skills and mentoring. 

What will you do in the role?

• Our WA Project Management team supports our clients in the planning and delivery of significant facilities and infrastructure projects. Our core business is to provide Project Management, Design Management and Contract Administration services. We manage the planning and delivery of major capital works projects that include national projects for the Department of Defence and infrastructure projects across the Pacific and in the Indian Ocean Territories for both Defence and the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts. In addition, we provide support to the wider GHD network to deliver landmark infrastructure and property and buildings projects.
• Project Management is a broad discipline which encompasses all aspects of planning, development and delivery of building and infrastructure projects. As a graduate you will gain exposure to these stages and an understanding of how projects come together.
• You will undertake various roles on a variety of projects and be actively involved in project consultation, monitoring, tracking and reporting processes.
• You will work collaboratively with members of the project management team and its clients as well as many other disciplines within GHD
• Connect in with a wider team of professionals to share insights, knowledge and improve your overall technical capabilities

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Have recently graduated or will graduate at the end of the year with a degree in Engineering accredited by Engineers Australia.
• Alternatively, you may be graduating or have recently graduated with a degree in Project Management or a building related discipline such as Architecture.
• Are passionate about the consulting industry.
• Have strong communication teamwork and communication skills.
• Embrace our shared commitment to safety in all aspects of our work.
• Have the ability to work as a dependable member of a multi-disciplinary team and self-prioritize workload.
• Be willing to travel to clients’ sites from time to time.
