Very inclusive, cant see anything more they could do, always looking to celebrate events that are significant to all groups and very supporting of all people

They have this program, which I am included, called EmpowHer whereas they strive to search for women's on the field, help them financially, and allow them to work in their company.

They have great diversity within the firm. Each employee is equally valued and supported. We have a great maternity leave programme that tops up an employees salary to 100% when they are on maternity leave. We run multiple event a year to support and acknowledge our diverse workforce.

Strong focus on diversity - all the events are celebrated (e.g., International Women's Day. Anti-Bullying day, Pride etc.) Retention has been good the past few months - not many people leaving (usually one new hire and one person leaving)
