Work from home policy states 2 days a week we can WFH and we get a half day on Friday if we finish all our work

Our working hours starts at 7 am to 4 pm to allow us to keep up at earliest with our customer.

I am contracted to work for 37.5 hours a week with recharge I typically work for 34-37 hours a week which is pretty good compared to other firms. The push for chargeable hours withing those contracted hours are quite tough though.

- Expected to hit 37.5h per week (this is a must, as all your time is captured on your timesheet). - Can use Flexi time if you have an appointment etc. - work more one day, so you can work less another day. - 3-2-1 Hybrid policy: Work 3 days in the office, 2 days can work from home, and of the 3 days in the office, 1 of those is where all team members are expected to be in ("Connect" day)

Really flexible - you are able to work from home when needed, for example, sick, or have appointments.
