Not much recognition, was difficult to keep in touch with my manager

Given that my initial manager was the MD of the country, I was understanding that my time with him may be scarce I have now changed managers and am now getting much more direct support and feel I will get a timely response when I need to ask a question

Yes my manager are fantastic and they make time for me with regular one on one meetings.

Yes I am very satisfied with my managers.

Some are better than others, my manager is very present and available which is nice.

Amazing, very accessible and have great mentors with consistent and communication.

The managers I have had and also those I've seen at least within Australia are amazing leaders and mentors, who always have the team's best interests in mind, although they can be a little busy and hard to get a hold of at times. I will say that due to being a global company, the structure outside of country is much harder to work with, and doesn't always lend to the success of the teams here in Australia.
