We have an exciting opportunity to join Ixom as a graduate in our Customer Service Team based in Melbourne. 

This unique Graduate position will see you working closely with our Customer Service Team to provide outstanding customer service to all customers while solving our customers' challenges. You will undertake structured rotations; you will start as a Customer Service Representative for 18 - 24 months, followed by gaining experience in the Distribution and Supply Teams.  Some of your key areas of responsibility will include the below and more:

• Ensuring customer purchase orders are processed accurately and efficiently for scheduling and delivery
• Working with Supply Coordinators and Logistics coordinators to ensure orders are met in line with company standards
• Working effectively and efficiently with Third-Party Logistics providers to ensure Ixom customer satisfaction
• Providing prompt and accurate support to the Business, Account Managers and Product Managers
• Maintaining customer contacts in Ixom CRM

At the end of the three years, you will have gained a solid grounding in Customer Service and Supply Chain to prepare you for a permanent role within the function.

Ixom is looking for people who have:

• A minimum three-year degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics, International Business or Business / Commerce 
• A strong ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels of the Organisation 
• Ability to relocate within Australia if required. Your initial location will be Melbourne 
• A well-rounded background with some work experience and/or an interest in extracurricular activities
• Flexibility and ability to deal with complexity
• A positive, inquisitive nature with the drive to excel and exceed expectations
• Resilience, maturity and accountability
• An open and inclusive attitude and a hunger for knowledge and experience
• Full rights to work in Australia
