We have an exciting opportunity to join Ixom as a graduate in our Information Technology (IT) Team, commencing February 2022. 

This unique Graduate position will see you working closely with the Digital Commerce Team and the IT team more broadly.  Key initiatives you will contribute to include: 

• Refreshing the Ixom website
• Setting up a digital shopfront
• Working with our management reporting team 
• Improving our customer engagement systems and tools

Ixom is looking for people who have:

• A minimum three-year degree in IT or Marketing.  A double degree combining IT with Business, Commerce or Marketing will be highly regarded 
• A passion for Digital Commerce
• A strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the Organisation
• Ability to relocate within Australia if required. The initial location will be Melbourne 
• A well-rounded background with some work experience and/or an interest in extracurricular activities
• Flexibility and ability to deal with complexity
• A positive, inquisitive nature with the drive to excel and exceed expectations
• Resilience, maturity and accountability
• An open and inclusive attitude and a hunger for knowledge and experience
• Full rights to work in Australia
