I feel that I am never expected to over work during the periods where we don't have an deadlines and I feel that KPMG is very flexibile in order to meet other commitments as I feel that I am never forced to work more then I have to and everyone is accepting if I need to leave a bit early or come in a bit late or work from home.

Lots of unpaid overtime during busy season but good finishing times outside of that

I work 37.5 hours a week, for me there isn't much flexibility in changing the amount of hours I work, but they are very flexible when I can start and finish my day. As long as I am doing the right hours they are happy.

While you can often choose when to do the hours, quite often the hours need to be completed, sometimes even more than booked.

Very flexible. If you are getting the work done and meeting your required hours, they are more than happy for flexibility with the hours you work.

Very satisfied. My portfolio is very well set up and the teams are well oiled so therefore we have minimal overtime. If we do have overtime that is done with no bad feelings as the work just has to be done.

I generally work my contracted 37.5 hours. There is flexibilty if I need to start finish early/start later on days where I have other commitments. Overall haven't had to work much overtime unless there is a deadline approaching. Overall very happy with my workload.

I have worked some big weeks while being at the firm but I never feel like it has been beyond my limit or too much. Our team could be more flexible on the hours you work during quieter periods. For example, if I have come off a 4-8 week patch of long weeks and then have a couple of quiet weeks, these could be spent finishing slightly earlier some days and not staying online
