Join L’Oréal as a Finance Intern while supporting financial operations and reporting for a global beauty leader.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Provide support to the finance team and key multi-functional business partners.
  • Prepare monthly reports, ad-hoc P&Ls, and assist with consolidation for the financial close.
  • Summarize and analyze information for headcount and capital spend reporting.
  • Analyze and validate financial information for monthly consolidated reporting to worldwide headquarters via a proprietary group reporting system.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis or various special projects as assigned (e.g., account analysis, process improvement, systems enhancement).
  • Review Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Must be recent graduate within the past 12 months from an undergraduate program in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A strong academic background with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel; experience in SAP is helpful but not required.
  • Superior problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
  • A self-starter attitude, results-oriented mindset, strong networking skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US on a permanent ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship.
