Manufacturing Industrial Quality Internship (Start ASAP)

What You Will Learn:

This co-op will work with QA team to support installation and qualification of new vessel and/or line technologies in fast paced manufacturing environment, hygiene initiatives and projects, cleaning validations and Annual product review.

• Generate and execute equipment validations (Installation qualification, Operational qualification, Performance Qualification)
• Generate and execute CIP/SIP validations (clean in place and sanitize in place validations) for existing and new recipes
  • Assist with creating E-CLAIRS (electronic cleaning logs) for manufacturing areas
  • Assist with other QA functions as needed (Product Evaluation Testing, Annual Product Review Reports)
• Assist with SCOOP (capability studies /statistical sampling) validations and ACD testing/qualification
• Participate in risk assessments
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidates must be actively enrolled or have received a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or similar discipline within the last 12 months
• Lab experience preferred.
