Your role

Mirvac Internship is a part-time program designed to assist you in building your career in the Property & Construction Industry during your final year of study. This program allows you to apply your university knowledge to real-world projects and job activities.

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will assist and gain an understating of Mirvac’s Development Digital Marketing team, working across the Development business to deliver exceptional customer experiences and improve digital touch points for our internal and external stakeholders.

You will participate in activities including, website updates, organising and developing social posts, improving SEO and website optimisation. You will also conduct analysis, prepare reports and assist with any queries and ad-hoc tasks.

About you

You are fit for the role if you meet the following criteria:

  • Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen 
  • Availability to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week 
  • Penultimate year of your Bachelor's or Masters’ degree in Marketing, Communications, Commerce (with a major in Marketing or Communications), Advertising, Digital or Business Studies and due to graduate in 2025 
  • Previous Marketing experience is desirable however not necessary 
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to problem solve in a dynamic, fast-paced environment  
  • Collaborative nature, with the ability to form strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders 
  • Passionate about delivering customer-focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate

Training & development

The internship offers an 11-month paid experience designed to fit academic schedules, featuring rotations across various job families and asset classes. During the program, you will engage in Hatch Innovation Projects, participate in asset site tours, attend corporate learning programs, and complete property education modules. You’ll also have the chance to network with business teams and the Executive Leadership Team. Comprehensive support is provided through a dedicated Manager, a Buddy, and the Intern Program HR Team, ensuring a well-rounded and enriching experience.
