Mirvac does very well regarding diversity in the workforce, especially when it comes to women. We have an excellent maternity leave system. We also seem to have many staff who have been here for many years. Mirvac does not do so well when it comes to ethnic diversity.

Mirvac is an industry leader in diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. 50/50 gender split, longer maternity leave benefits for mothers and female promotion opportunities are a huge reason why I am inspired to work for Mirvac.
