What you will do?

Module 1: Identifying key issues (1 - 1.5 hours)

In this module, you will formulate overarching questions and develop a logic tree to help structure your strategic thinking

Module 2: Market analysis (1 to 2 hours)

Develop your hypothesis on the future market outlook and outline your approach for a market sizing analysis.

Module 3: Financial analysis (30 minutes - 1 hour)

Perform a simple Net Present Value analysis for each of the company’s products to inform their future production and distribution strategy.

Module 4: Workshop analysis (30 minutes)

Provide recommendations and identify other areas of exploration.
