Very good leadership from the top. I feel like this is signaled as a major priority from senior leadership.

I think we do well to celebrate diversity, including through recognising and acknowledging weeks/celebrations eg LGBTQ+ history month. We also have employee networks for women, the rainbow community, te reo Māori learning
