Diversity at NZ Transport Agency - Waka Kotahi

Very good leadership from the top. I feel like this is signaled as a major priority from senior leadership.

I think we do well to celebrate diversity, including through recognising and acknowledging weeks/celebrations eg LGBTQ+ history month. We also have employee networks for women, the rainbow community, te reo Māori learning

Lots of work going on in this area at the moment.

There is a very diverse workforce at Waka Kotahi

Grad programme shows commitment to age diversity. Cant really comment on anything else

There is good diversity with respect to women and ethnic minorities.

I don't think vie ever come across and or heard issues with people not being given opportunities because of who they are.

Waka Kotahi is bringing common good to all kiwis.

People are always happy to listen and provide for those who need a little extra support.
