In our Transaction Services team, we’re looking for Summer Interns and Graduates in Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland.

We’re looking for Summer Interns who will start with us in November 2025 and Graduates who will start with us in February 2026.

Commercial merger and acquisition transactions are all about planning and communication. Informed decisions come from deep analysis of financial performance, combined with a detailed understanding of the risks, opportunities and reasons for buying or selling a business. Good communication and strong relationships then ensure a deal is reached that gets the best value for the client.

As an Intern or Graduate your day might involve buy-side or sell-side financial due diligence projects, or financial analysis in relation to IPOs, investments, divestments and more.
