In our Transaction Services team, weโ€™re looking for Summer Interns and Graduates in Tฤmaki Makaurau/Auckland.

Weโ€™re looking for Summer Interns who will start with us in November 2025 and Graduates who will start with us in February 2026.

Would you like to work for the largest dedicated due diligence team in Aotearoa New Zealand? Our Transaction Services team is a great place to leverage and build on your accounting, finance and  commercial expertise. 

Commercial merger and acquisition transactions are all about planning and communication. Informed decisions come from deep analysis of financial performance, combined with a detailed understanding of the risks, opportunities and reasons for buying or selling a business. Good communication and strong relationships then ensure a deal is reached that gets the best value for the client.

Our Transaction Services team is at the forefront of the industry in Aotearoa New Zealand. With our extensive experience and market-leading resources, we provide unrivalled support and opportunities for professionals in the field.
