The 2026 Graduate Development Program Information Technology (IT) at the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) is designed to support the development of emerging professional talent. IT Graduate applicants must hold or be completing a degree with strong academic achievement in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar field with relevant application or interest in IT.

All applicants must be Australian permanent residents or citizens or hold New Zealand citizenship.
