Your role

As the Production Graduate for Industrial Affairs Consumer Healthcare, your role will be to lead and deliver projects with specific outcomes in areas such as Production, Lean and Performance, Health and Safety, and Quality and Supply.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Production manager to understand the production environment with a view to identifying efficiencies in change over time, labour management & avoidable errors.
  • Promote a performance mindset at all site levels through Lean events, standardisation & simplification initiatives, priorities establishment & review and recognition systems.
  • Improve processes, coordinate and drive initiatives to develop, implement and sustain cost reduction improvement in reference to Sanofi HSE and Quality standards.
  • Understand, analyse and develop action plans on the reporting and scorecard reports regarding performance KPIs, OEE, Productivity, Plant Cycle Time, and Yields.

About you

Sanofi is seeking Graduates who possess the following qualities:

  • Have completed relevant tertiary qualifications in the areas of Manufacturing & Production, Industrial or Engineering, from a recognised tertiary institution.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Highly organised and with strong attention to detail.
  • Great time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
  • Good communication skills: visual, written and verbal in interpreting to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong team orientation with a willingness to share knowledge, help and support others in the team.
  • Self-directed once project goals and tasks are set.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic. 
  • Ability to analyse data.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and commonly used productivity tools .
  • Experience in coding (eg; Python) would be an advantage.
