Your role

As the Marketing Graduate for Consumer Healthcare, your role will be to support the CHC Wellness category Marketing team in the execution of key projects in communications and innovation. In this role, you will gain valuable exposure working with multiple stakeholders such as the Digital Team, Science Hub, Customer Hub and Performance Hub to assist in key projects for the Wellness team, primarily on the Nature’s Own brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Support planning and execution of key marketing projects across key retail channels.
  • Cooperate with other internal teams and external agencies to ensure the timely execution of project deliverables.
  • Support the Wellness Team with select innovation and communication projects.
  • Providing administrative and ad hoc support to the brand leads.
  • Collaborate with team members within the direct team and other business units.

About you

Sanofi is seeking Graduates who possess the following qualities:

  • Have an interest in health and Science and completed an undergraduate degree in the areas of Marketing, Business, or Commerce majoring in Marketing, from a recognized tertiary institution. Or have completed your relevant university.
  • You must have completed an undergraduate degree from a recognised tertiary institution, or have completed your relevant university qualification

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong interest in working in traditional and digital marketing within the consumer healthcare space.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and commonly used productivity tools.
  • Very good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A curious, innovative, and analytical mindset.
  • Self-directed once project goals and tasks are set.
  • Highly organised and with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong team orientation with a willingness and preparedness to share and seek information, knowledge, help and support others in the team.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic.
  • An understanding of Marketing, Digital Marketing & Content best practices is not essential but would be an advantage.
