Graduate Consultant (Jan 2026)

Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Engage in solution design and methodology development within project teams of 2-5 consultants.
• Conduct analysis to test hypotheses and derive insights.
• Develop models to simulate and quantify impacts of recommendations.
• Create and deliver client presentations.

About you

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
• Bright, critical thinking with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Some professional experience from internships or roles in consulting or industry is advantageous.
• Proven ability to collaborate as a team player.
• High degree of initiative and critical thinking.
• Proficient working knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluent business English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel for projects and training (domestic & international).
• Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency.
