This role will support the People Team through the employee lifecycle in a way that creates a positive impact for new and existing Thoughtworkers. The goal is to ensure that the day-to-day activities of the People Team are conducted effectively to deliver maximum value. 

Job Responsibilities

  • People Systems: maintain, reconcile and improve various internal people management systems and processes
  • Reporting: management and analysis of People related data and reports
  • Communications: administration of shared inbox and People related queries from Thought workers
  • Exit management: maintain data and associated reporting
  • Supporting People Partners with ad hoc tasks

Job Qualifications

Technical skills

  • Proficient with GSuite / Office
  • Previous administration experience preferred
  • Exposure to people systems preferred
  • Studies in the Human Resources field an advantage

Professional skills

  • Great communication skills
  • Be a self-starter and able to manage tasks independently
  • Able to prioritise, problem-solve and execute
  • Have a strong sense of ownership
  • Quick learner
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Desire to learn and grow within HR or People Processes Systems space
