During this 12-month program, you will have the opportunity to work across the HR business areas that align with their interests and skill set, while giving them a truly diverse experience across the multitude of roles that are available in Human Resources. Our specialists span disciplines such as HR Analytics, Culture & Leadership, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Performance & Reward, Employee Relations and Health, Safety & Wellbeing. 

What the Human Resources Graduate Program will offer you?

• Get hands on experience with policy advice and launched self-service portals, contributing to organisational strategy and initiatives.
• Develop websites, social media strategies, and brand campaigns to attract and engage employees.
• Participate in extracurricular groups like The Youth Network and community initiatives enriches the overall Grad experience.

What you’ll need to succeed

We’re looking to fill our programs with original thinkers and innovators from all degrees of study. We embrace diversity, recognising the value people bring to us with their individual differences, qualities, ideas and insights. We also consider graduates from, but not limited to: Business Management, Human Resources, Arts & Humanities, Psychology and Law.

You will also need:

• To be in your final year of study of a university degree, or
• You can have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, but it must be no more than three years ago.
• You also need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident when you apply.
