My department promoted a healthy work-life balance. They respected personal time and I could take sick leaves when needed. I never felt pressured to work after official hours.
I usually start off by tweaking the settings of my camera to make sure it's aligned with the environment. I then proceed on taking pictures of the employees. I keep in mind to capture those small interactions as it adds.

I find it cool that I can establish working relationships with influencers! It’s thrilling to work with them, and it’s even more fun when we collaborate on our ideas together. Other than that, I love being able to build rapport with teams from other markets.
Don't be afraid to show your true, authentic self. If a company rejects you for being genuine, it simply means you're not a good fit for each other, and that's okay.
