Our Rainbow Tribe is committed to creating an environment where all our people from the LGBTQIA+ (Rainbow), Takataapui and MVPFAFF communities and their allies feel safe to bring their authentic selves to work, that they belong, and are valued for who they anywhere are within our co-op.

 Rainbow Tick is about accepting and valuing people in the workplace, embracing the diversity of sexual and gender identities. A supportive work environment that is accepting of peoples’ differences benefits everybody in our Co-Op. The certification process tests whether our workplace understands and welcomes sexual and gender diversity.
