As a Sales Support / Customer Care team member you’ll be responsible for all aspects of customer service, including phone/email enquiries, order entry, and project management for our South Australian and Northern Territory regions.

What you’ll do

  • Supporting Sales professionals in responding to customer demands and requests.
  • Day to day sales order processing & back-order management.
  • Assisting customers via phone and online enquiries
  • Project Management (estimating & expediting).
  • Supporting interstate colleagues when required.

Your qualifications

  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills (Customer facing experience (sales desk or call centre))
  • Order management experience is an advantage.
  • Office suite skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • CRM/SAP experience a bonus, but not essential.
  • Well organised with attention to detail
  • Experience in a similar field of technology would be advantageous.
  • The desire to learn and grow in a multinational organisation.
